Cookline FlowStop+ activates automatically when it receives a signal from your fire alarm or kitchen fire suppression system. This instant response shuts down ventilation, gas, and cooking appliances to stop the fire from spreading.

⚡ Appliance & Ventilation Shutdown

The system disconnects gas and electrical supply to cookers, fryers, and ventilation units. By removing ignition sources and oxygen flow, it helps limit damage and makes the kitchen safer for evacuation and emergency response.

⏰ After-Hours Safety

Cookline FlowStop+ can be programmed to switch off all cooking appliances automatically after business hours, reducing fire risk when the kitchen is unattended. An audible warning sounds before shutdown, giving staff time to cancel or reset if needed.
